The next step of our AI journey involved Web AI App development. I have been using a tool called Bolt.new to build some simple web applications.

Bolt.new is an AI-powered web development agent. It allows users to build full-stack applications by prompting the AI to generate code. Users can then run, edit, and deploy the application directly from their browser, without writing any code themselves. The user interacts with the app using a chat dialog to create and refine their application. AI App Development using tools like Bolt.new tremendously boosts productivity.

Getting Started with Bolt.new

The video above demonstrates building a web app using Bolt.new. The tool handles code generation. Bolt also handles the necessary interactions with a back-end service called netlify.com to run the generated app.

Simple Digital World Clock App

To learn about AI generative app development, I decided to build a simple World Clock App. This web app displays the time in two different time zones. It allows users to search for the time zones in a specified country. The app also includes a visit counter tied to a database hosted by Supabase.
